First, target language needs to be
determined, which should be either Traditional Chinese or
Simplified Chinese. Then, choice could be narrowed down to
Mandarin or Cantonese.

Traditional Chinese is used in
Taiwan, Hong Kong and overseas Chinese communities while
Simplified Chinese is used in China and Singapore. |

Mandarin is spoken in Taiwan,
China, Singapore and some overseas Chinese communities
while Cantonese is spoken in Hong Kong, Guangdong province
in China, and some overseas Chinese communities.
